Quinoa is made crunchy and flavorful in a salad with red cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, cashews and more, with a peanut-soy dressing. 

Notes: Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, kid-friendly.  Dressing packaged separately. 16oz jar contains 2 servings; 32 oz contains 4 servings.

Ingredients: Organic quinoa, organic red cabbage, organic carrots, organic red pepper, organic cilantro, organic cashews, organic lime, organic peanut butter, ginger, organic (and gluten free) soy sauce, organic red wine vinegar, organic olive oil. 

Serving Suggestion: Flavor can be enhanced with the addition of red onions or scallions. Protein can be added with the inclusion of garbanzo beans. Can be consumed at room temperature.
